typical work hours and days are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. At times your hours and shift may stagger, overlap and/or extend beyond your normal schedule.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Greets and directs visitors to the company Answers company main telephone, directs the caller accordingly, takes messages when needed, provides caller with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company emails, company website and other related information Coordinates Incoming and Outgoing mail, including the sorting, forwarding, tracking certified mail, postage machine, etc. Maintains Office/Kitchen/Restrooms/Conference areas (Daily) Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating Maintains company files and records with effective filing systems (packaging slips, accounts payable, expense reports, MO, etc.) including yearly archiving. Maintains and organizes on-site storage areas/offices, ensure files are up-to-date and purged according to Company policies Runs all errands (airport, grocery, post office, bank, etc.) on an as needed basis Assists with the processing, mailing and filing of vendor/customer payments Deposit checks into appropriate bank account for all locations Requests, tracks and compiles credit references Create, edit and publish monthly publications of House of Lohmann Maintains promotional item inventory and distributes based on sales request and approval Assists with tradeshow inventory and coordination Prepares office for visits by internal external parties Additional responsibilities and duties identified by managementMinimum Requirements:
Ability to speak, read and write English. Good writing and communication skills for internal and external correspondence Ability to successfully multi-task with attention to detail Proficient with Microsoft Office The ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary. Need to be able to lift a minimum of 30lbs. Use of hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. Frequently required to walk. Occasionally required to climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Following and helping to improve procedures as defined in the Lohmann QMS system Must be flexible to work overtime as required Demonstrated support of company goals, values and mission statement. Required Education, Experience, Certificates, Licenses, Registrations, etc.: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) 4-6 years of employment verified experience in a similar role.Valid Driver's License Travel:
