Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. This vital role involves managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth administrative workflows. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, technical proficiency, and a proactive attitude to support daily office functions and enhance client experiences. Join us in creating a professional, efficient, and friendly environment where every visitor and caller feels valued! Duties Greet visitors and clients warmly, directing them appropriately while maintaining a professional demeanor. Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and route calls efficiently using excellent phone etiquette. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages with accuracy and timeliness. Maintain organized filing systems, update spreadsheets, and perform data entry tasks to support office operations. Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings to optimize time management for staff and clients. Support administrative tasks like proofreading documents, preparing Word processing materials, and assisting with clerical duties to ensure productivity. Requirements Proven experience in office management or as a front desk receptionist with strong clerical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) along with familiarity with spreadsheets and productivity software. Excellent computer literacy with the ability to quickly adapt to new technical tools or software platforms. Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail for accurate data entry and proofreading tasks. Demonstrated experience using multi-line phone systems and managing phone communication professionally. Exceptional customer service skills combined with effective client communication and phone etiquette. Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment. Prior office experience including filing, calendar management, personal assistant tasks, and general clerical responsibilities is preferred. Join our team as a Receptionist where your organizational talents and friendly demeanor will help create a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors and callers! Your technical skills combined with your passion for excellent service will make a meaningful impact every day. Schedule will be Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday from 9:00am to 4:30pm with a 30 minute lunch break.
