We're Hiring a Front Desk Receptionist at a Fast-Growing Skincare Boutique! Do you love people and getting to know them? Are you a self-starter who can work well both independently and with a team? Here at Skintuition, we are looking for a front desk receptionist with impeccable communication skills who is confident, reliable, has a great attention to detail, and loves working with people. Skintuition offers results-oriented services coupled with highly personalized care so that our clients can look and feel their best. Working Hours (4-Day Workweek)
Tuesday & Friday:
10:00 AM•6:00
PM Wednesday:
11:00 AM•7:00
PM Saturday:
9:00 AM•3:00 PM What You'll Do Among other things, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
Client Care & Front Desk:
Check clients in and out, answer phones to book appointments, handle client requests, manage client follow-ups, and send appointment confirmations.
Inventory & Upkeep:
Stock retail shelves, track inventory, and assist with general cleaning, laundry, and room turnover when available
Transactions:
Cash handling and applying basic mathematical concepts and problem-solving for smooth checkout processes What We're Looking For Impeccable written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Warm and professional appearance and demeanor with positive energy. Outgoing, go-getter personality—a true "people person." Strong attention to detail, reliability, accountability, and follow-through. Spa or salon experience is preferred (or a genuine passion for aesthetics and skincare)
The Ideal Candidate Will Be:
Trustworthy and confident to work closely with our clients. A self-starter who does not require micromanagement. Comfortable learning new client management systems with a basic understanding of technology. Kind, aware of others, and emotionally intelligent. Passionate about the aesthetics industry and continuous learning.
Compensation & Benefits Pay:
STARTING
at $14.00/hour (based on experience).
