Duties Greet visitors, clients, and staff with a warm, professional demeanor, providing excellent customer service at all times Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously while maintaining phone etiquette Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and inquiries efficiently using computer skills and office management software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization of records Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings for staff or executives Support office operations by managing supplies inventory, organizing files, and maintaining a clean reception area Provide administrative support including typing documents, preparing reports, and supporting bookkeeping or billing tasks using QuickBooks or similar tools Requirements Proven experience in office management or clerical roles with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and data entry skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple phone lines and communicate effectively in person or over the phone Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse client needs Prior experience as a dental or medical receptionist or personal assistant is a plus but not required Ability to manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain professionalism under pressure Knowledge of office equipment such as multi-line phones, printers, scanners, and basic bookkeeping tools like QuickBooks is preferred Join us as a Front Desk Associate where your proactive approach will make a meaningful impact every day!
