Day-to-day responsibilities include greeting and checking in patients, answering and directing phone calls, scheduling and confirming appointments, and responding to general inquiries. The role also involves handling patient intake forms, managing records, supporting basic clerical tasks, and coordinating with clinical staff to ensure smooth office flow.
