We are looking for a dependable, professional, and customer-focused Receptionist / Cashier to be the first impression of our dealership. This role is critical in delivering a high-level guest experience, keeping the front desk organized, and supporting daily operations. Responsibilities Greet every customer promptly with a friendly and professional attitude Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently Process payments (cash, credit card, etc.) accurately Balance cash drawer and receipts daily Assist with scheduling and basic administrative tasks Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk Support service and sales teams as needed Deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience Qualifications Customer service, receptionist, or cashier experience preferred Strong communication and people skills Basic computer knowledge required Ability to multitask and stay organized Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Professional appearance and attitude Preferred (Not Required) Dealership or automotive experience Cash handling experience Multi-line phone system experience Benoit Culture At Benoit Nissan, we operate with integrity, high standards, and a team-first mindset.
