We pride ourselves on professionalism, compassion, and creating a welcoming environment where both clients and staff feel valued. We're looking for an organized, friendly, and dependable Front Desk Receptionist who loves helping people and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Schedule Part-time Approximately 25 hours per week Monday-Friday 5-hour shifts Pay $14-$18 per hour, based on experience. Responsibilities Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional customer service. Answer phones, text messages, and emails professionally. Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments. Check clients in and out. Process payments and maintain accurate records. Verify client information and assist with intake paperwork. Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming. Assist therapists with scheduling needs and daily operations. Handle confidential client information with professionalism. Perform light administrative duties and office organization. Qualifications Previous receptionist, medical office, spa, or customer service experience preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable using computers and scheduling software. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Detail-oriented with excellent time management. Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance. Ability to remain calm and positive during busy periods. Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who: Loves helping people.
