• Full-time Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative We are a busy 4 doctor veterinary hospital looking for a cheerful, energetic, and responsible individual with a strong work ethic and outstanding customer service & communication skills to complete our front desk team.

Full time position available. Must be able to work on Saturdays.

Primary responsibilities:

Greeting clients and pets, answering multiple phone lines, scheduling appointments, taking messages, checking medication and appointment requests on our website & pet portals, preparing invoices and processing payments, managing medical records, charts and correspondence. Maintaining the hospital and ensuring a clean facility, answering non-medical questions regarding products and services. Candidates must have knowledge of computers, be able to lift 25+ pounds and excel in multitasking. Must have 2 years of veterinary and or CSR experience. Avimark experience is a plus.
