Greet visitors warmly and give information on motor vehicle transfers and driver's license issuance. Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, ensuring prompt and courteous responses. Handle incoming calls, take messages. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries efficiently and supporting client needs. Experience Experience handling multi-line phone systems and providing exceptional customer service Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively.
