In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, coordinate appointments, and ensure a smooth flow of communication between clients, veterinary staff, and external partners. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help create a welcoming environment that promotes exceptional pet care and client satisfaction. Duties Greet clients warmly, answer inquiries, and schedule appointments efficiently using veterinary software systems. Collect payments, process medical billing, and handle medical collections with professionalism and accuracy. Manage client records, update pet information, and ensure compliance with Veterinary Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) regulations and USDA standards. Support veterinary staff by preparing treatment rooms Coordinate communication between clients and veterinary teams regarding treatment plans, follow-up care, and medication instructions.
