Job Description

Pineville Pet Hospital is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Veterinary Receptionist to join our team! We are a busy, fast-paced walk-in veterinary clinic looking for someone who thrives in a high-energy environment while providing exceptional customer service to our clients and compassionate care to their pets.
Responsibilities :
Greet clients and patients in a friendly, professional manner Answer multi-line phone system Schedule appointments Check patients in and out efficiently Process payments Communicate clearly with doctors, technicians, and clients Assist with prescription requests and client questions Keep the reception area clean and organized Perform other administrative duties as assigned Unpack food boxes and rotate/restock inventory Must be able to alphabetize charts
Qualifications :
Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred Veterinary experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong computer and phone skills Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Comfortable working around dogs and cats Team player with a positive attitude​ What we're looking for: We're searching for someone who is compassionate, dependable, and enjoys helping both people and pets.
