Full Job Description Pay:
$23.00 per hour Immediate Opening - Looking to Hire ASAP We are seeking a dependable, organized, and professional Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our growing home care agency.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30
PM Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally Send and receive faxes Maintain reports and office records Manage email correspondence Perform data entry and general administrative tasks Assist with organizing patient and office documentation Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
Qualifications:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word Strong computer, email, and data entry skills Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and work independently Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented Previous administrative, receptionist, or healthcare office experience is preferred
Benefits:
