Veterinary Receptionist - part time

Part-Time Client Service Representative (CSR) Buzzards Bay Veterinary Associates - Buzzards Bay, MA Pay range: $15-21 (depending on experience) If you've ever been told you have the patience of a saint and a phone voice that could calm a panicked pet parent, you might just be our next CSR. At Buzzards Bay Veterinary Associates , our front desk team keeps everything running — juggling appointments, client calls, and the occasional overexcited Labrador (sometimes all at once). We're looking for a friendly, reliable multitasker to join us part-time (2-3 days per week) , helping cover when team members are out on PTO or under the weather. Shifts typically run 8:15 a.m.-3:00 p.m. and/or 8:15 a.m.-6:00 p.m. This role is perfect for someone who: Loves talking with people about their pets (bonus points if you remember both their names!) Can keep their cool during "my cat just threw up something concerning" calls Appreciates being on the right side of the Cape bridge — no traffic jams required It's a flexible position with the potential to grow into a long-term, full-time opportunity for the right person.
