Job Description

JFull-Time Resort Front Desk Schedule:
Wednesday-Sunday | Mondays and Tuesdays off | 32-36 hours per week Are you friendly, dependable, and passionate about helping people feel welcome? Join our resort's Front Desk team and help create memorable guest experiences from arrival through checkout. Our resort is known for personalized service, and our Front Desk employees play an essential role in delivering it. You'll greet guests, manage reservations, answer questions, provide local recommendations, and help resolve concerns with professionalism and care. What You'll Do Welcome guests and provide efficient check-in and checkout service Confirm and manage reservations Answer and direct telephone calls and take messages Enter and update guest information using the resort's computer system Process cash and credit-card transactions accurately Respond to guest questions, concerns, and special requests Resolve guest issues when supervisory staff are unavailable Recommend local attractions and provide clear directions Complete night-audit duties and required shift reports, as assigned Maintain a clean, organized, and fully supplied front desk Communicate unresolved matters to the next shift or appropriate department Assist with special projects assigned by the supervisor What We're Looking For A friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities The ability to multitask and remain composed in a busy environment Dependability, punctuality, and attention to detail A willingness to work as part of a team Respect for guest privacy, security, and comfort The ability to follow resort policies, procedures, and safety requirements Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent At least one year of experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field Comfort using computers and handling cash and credit-card transactions Why Join Us?
