Jobs › Brockton, MA › Front Desk Coordinator Robert Half Front Desk Coordinator Brockton, MA Apply Description We are looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to join a client-facing team in Brockton, Massachusetts in a Contract to Permanent role. This position is ideal for someone who brings a positive attitude, enjoys helping visitors and callers, and can keep the front office organized during busy periods. The schedule is four days per week, including Thursday through Sunday, so weekend availability is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and create a welcoming, friendly first impression for everyone entering the office.
- Manage a multi-line phone system, direct incoming calls to the appropriate contacts, and take clear messages when needed.
- Provide front desk and concierge-style support by responding to questions and assisting visitors with routine requests.
- Maintain an orderly reception area and help ensure daily front office activities run smoothly.
- Coordinate check-ins, communicate with internal staff about visitor arrivals, and support general administrative tasks.
- Handle incoming inquiries with patience and professionalism while delivering attentive customer service in person and over the phone. Requirements
- Previous experience in a reception, front desk, or customer-facing support role.
- Clear and welcoming communication style with a welcoming personality.
- Ability to manage inbound calls efficiently using a multi-line or switchboard phone system.
- Availability to work a four-day schedule that includes Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to stay composed in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort providing both receptionist and concierge-related support as part of daily responsibilities.
