This vital role involves managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth checking in of our patients. The ideal candidate will be energetic, highly organized, and proficient in handling multiple tasks with professionalism and enthusiasm. Join us to create a positive first impression and support our team with efficient office management. Duties Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly. Answer multi-line phone systems with professionalism, directing calls accurately and courteously Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination using productivity software and calendar management tools Handle data entry tasks, maintain filing , and collecting copayments. Assist with clerical duties such as correspondence Support office management activities by organizing supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and overseeing general administrative functions Provide customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining excellent client communication Qualifications Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in data entry processes Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills; Spanish speaking is required.
