Medical Office experience required. Monday thru Friday schedule, 8:30 to 5. Reliability is extremely important. Must be very detailed and customer service oriented. Bilingual in Spanish and English helpful. What You'll Do Greet patients with a caring and professional demeanor and check them in for appointments, confirming all demographic information. Answer incoming calls, provide information, and route messages using proper telephone etiquette. Schedule, confirm, and adjust appointments to optimize the provider's schedule. Verify insurance information and referrals, collect co-pays, and process payments. Utilize our Epic EMR system efficiently and accurately . Coordinate with medical staff to ensure timely patient flow and ensure patient needs are met. Assist with administrative tasks such as scanning and managing forms. What You'll Bring Previous experience in a medical office utilizing Epic scheduling. Strong communication skills in English and Spanish—both in person and over the phone. Basic knowledge of health insurance Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A warm, empathetic personality and a genuine desire to help others. Pay:
