We are looking for a detail-oriented and personable Receptionist to support daily front-desk operations for a banking environment in Dracut, Massachusetts. This Contract position is ideal for someone who creates a welcoming first impression while managing a busy phone system and handling incoming inquiries with accuracy and courtesy. The right candidate will balance strong communication skills with organized administrative support to help maintain smooth day-to-day office operations.
Responsibilities:
  • Greet visitors and incoming guests in a friendly and courteous manner, ensuring a positive front-office experience.
  • Manage a multi-line telephone system, directing calls efficiently and taking accurate messages when needed.
  • Respond to inbound phone inquiries with clear communication and appropriate routing to internal teams.
  • Maintain an orderly reception area and support the overall presentation of the office environment.
  • Provide general administrative assistance such as handling basic documentation, distributing information, and supporting daily office needs.
  • Coordinate communication between visitors, callers, and staff to help keep operations running smoothly.
