Fall River, MA Job Details Full-time $18 - $24 an hour 21 hours ago Qualifications Computer operation Filing Administrative experience Attention to detail Organizational skills Full Job Description Job Summary We are looking for a reliable, organized, and customer-friendly Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to help keep our dealership running smoothly. This role is a key support position for our sales, finance, and management team. The right person will handle incoming calls, route messages, assist with paperwork and filing, help keep the office organized, and take on a variety of administrative tasks that improve day-to-day efficiency. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced automotive environment. Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner Direct calls to the appropriate department or team member Take accurate messages and ensure follow-up when needed Greet customers and assist with basic front-desk needs File and organize paperwork for sales, finance, registration, and dealership records Support the finance office with administrative tasks and document organization Keep keys organized and ensure all keys are properly tagged Maintain receipts, office records, and general paperwork organization Order and keep track of office supplies Help maintain an organized and professional front office environment Assist with dealership administrative projects and other duties as needed Potential to grow into additional registration/EVR-related responsibilities as the dealership expands Qualifications Strong phone and customer service skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and stay calm in a busy environment Dependable, punctual, and professional Comfortable using computers, email, and basic office software Strong communication skills Prior receptionist, administrative assistant, office assistant, or dealership office experience preferred Automotive industry experience is a plus, but not required Registry, title, or EVR experience is a plus What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who: Enjoys helping people Communicates clearly and professionally Can keep track of multiple tasks without losing details Takes initiative and looks for ways to help the team Wants to grow with a dealership that is focused on improving processes and expanding
