The company's clinics provide post-operative care for various orthopedic-related disorders and sports-related injuries, treatment for neurologically related injuries, rehabilitation of injured workers, and preventative care.
Job DescriptionWe are currently looking for a Front Desk Receptionist who embodies our work ethic to join our supportive team at our outpatient orthopedic clinic.
Greet patients and provide outstanding customer serviceAnswer phonesElectronic schedulingData entryVerify current personal and financial informationMaintain patient charts and electronic medical recordsVerify insurance benefitsCharge ticketsCollect, post, and deposit patient paymentsFax, file, and perform any other duties as assignedQualificationsHigh school graduate or equivalentMust have 1+ years of previous medical front office experienceExcellent telephone skillsProficient in Word and ExcelPrevious experience with medical software preferredAvailable and flexible with your hoursClose attention to detailGreat time management and organizational skills Team player attitude and energetic with a focus on excellent customer serviceAdditional InformationExcellent full-time benefits package including 401k, health, dental, generous Paid Time Off, and moreMultiple opportunities for professional development, specialization, and leadershipEmployee discount plansEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Family-friendly work environmentInvestment from a company that wants you to succeed and thrive
