Job Overview This is a basic, entry-level position perfect for someone looking to gain experience in a professional office environment. You will handle foundational administrative tasks, keep our office organized, and serve as the first point of contact for our clients. No prior legal experience is required; we will train the right candidate. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills, ready to handle multiple responsibilities with enthusiasm.
Responsibilities Answer Phones:
Route incoming calls and take accurate messages.
Client Reception:
Greet visitors and maintain a tidy reception area.
Clerical Support:
Open and close files, make copies, scan documents, and shred files.
Mail Handling:
Sort incoming mail and prepare outgoing packages.
Errands & Supplies:
Monitor office inventory and restock supplies.
File Organization:
Maintain physical and digital client folders.
Experience & Qualifications Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Skills:
Basic computer literacy, including email and word processing.
Communication:
Polite, professional phone manners and strong verbal skills.
Attributes:
Dependable, punctual, organized, and eager to learn.
