Job Description
Overview We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish/Portugese and English) Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join a mission-driven nonprofit team! In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for visitors while providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. If you're organized, professional, and enjoy helping others, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Greet visitors and provide exceptional front desk support Answer and direct incoming phone calls Perform data entry, filing, and general administrative tasks Manage mail, calendars, and office documentation Support daily office operations and administrative projects Requirements Fluent in both English and Spanish or Portugeese (required) High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of administrative or receptionist experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding service while supporting the daily functions of our office.
