Job Description
Marshfield Animal Hospital is a state-of-the-art Fear Free Certified hospital located in a beautiful coastal community. We are currently seeking an veterinary receptionist to join our team. We are a busy 5 doctor hospital with a dedicated support team of technicians and receptionists. Two years previous experience is preferred. Candidate must be team oriented with strong communication skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of care. The position will include day, night and Saturday (morning) shifts. We offer competitive wages and an excellent benefits package including medical/dental and paid time off and 401(k). Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients in person and over the phone with professionalism and empathy.
- Schedule appointments and manage the flow of clients and patients in the clinic.
- Utilize veterinary terminology to accurately communicate information to clients and team members.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Collaborate with veterinary staff to ensure seamless patient care and client satisfaction.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$19.00- $24.
