POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated, multi-tasking individual to join us as a Receptionist . The Receptionist is responsible for providing reception and administrative services for the Skilled Nursing center. This position reports to the Business Office Manager and operates within established organizational and departmental policies and procedures.
RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for an individual to join our team and to be the first impression for visitors at our reception desk. The right candidate will have an outgoing personality, great customer service skills and a courteous attitude. Our front desk duties include, but are not limited to, welcoming residents and visitors, being the central hub for the nurse call system, answering phones, and maintaining an awareness of general building security. The ideal candidate will be able to multi-task while also providing personalized customer service to residents, families and medical professionals. Qualifications and Skills One year of customer service experience is preferred. Basic computer skills required. Must be proficient with Microsoft office 365 and other software programs. Must be able to create spread sheets and graphs. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Must pass CORI background check. High school Diploma or GED required.
