Job Description

Turner Brothers is looking for a personable, organized, and dependable Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for employees, clients, vendors, and visitors. This position plays an important role in keeping the office running smoothly by managing the front desk, answering questions, providing administrative support, and assisting the accounting team with data entry and other clerical tasks. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, is highly organized, communicates professionally in both English and Spanish, and thrives in a fast-paced construction environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, vendors, and employees in a professional and welcoming manner. Answer and direct incoming phone calls and respond to general inquiries. Serve as a bilingual resource by communicating with English- and Spanish-speaking employees and visitors. Provide general office support including invoice processing, filing, scanning, copying, and document management. Support company engagement events and culture building activities. Maintain packing/mailing supplies and assist office staff in sending outgoing mail through various vendors (USPS, UPS, etc.) Perform data entry with a high degree of accuracy. Assist the accounting department with administrative tasks, invoice processing, and other clerical support. Support various departments with administrative projects as needed. Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
Qualifications:
Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) is required. Previous receptionist, administrative assistant, or customer service experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proven positive and professional attitude, and strong customer service skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and comfortable learning new software. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed. High school diploma or equivalent required. Self-starter, problem solver, desire to get better and develop skills.
Pay:
$55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
