Who have the ability to self-motivate to accomplish daily assignments accurately and on-time. As a dispatcher/receptionist you will be responsible for but not limited to the following: Clocking in and out employees Answering phones in a professional manner as well as transfer calls to appropriate parties Entering information into a computer as well as manual writing of information Maintaining and filling a daily blotter accurately and relaying information in a timely manner to all relevant parties And other minor office tasks such as filing, faxing, copying etc.
MUST HAVE A CLEAN CRIMINAL RECORD MUST
be able to work overnights, weekends and holidays. No hourly restrictions
Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, excel, word etc. English language proficient spoken and written Clean Criminal Record Basic data entry Previous customer service experience in an office setting preferred but not required.
