Bristol County Animal Clinic is seeking an experienced Veterinary Receptionist for our growing clinic. We are looking for someone who understands the importance of providing superior customer service and possesses excellent communication skills, who is friendly, professional and courteous. It is important for this person to be able to multi-task with continuous interruptions. We are seeking individuals with strong emotional competencies; those that are self-aware, have infectious positive attitudes, authenticity and caring empathy toward others. We strive for excellent patient care, client service, client education, and staff development.
Hours:
Days, Nights, Weekends and Holidays Duties and Responsibilities:
Greet clients in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner Answer multi-line phone system and directing the calls accordingly Check in patients and verify demographics Scan or otherwise record medical records Fax, file, and distribute faxes and other documents Obtain deposits and other payments from clients Check out clients Check front-desk email and forward as needed Performs other duties as assigned Familiarity with: Veterinary environment, terminology, and protocols Working in a team environment Cornerstone experience preferred
Proficiency In:
Customer Service Handling multiple tasks and priorities Multi-line telephone systems Organization skills Attention to detail Verbal and written communication skills
Education:
High School diploma
VETERINARY EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED
Work Remotely No Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time Pay:
$17.00 - $25.00 per hour
