We are looking to hire and begin training immediately. This position will start part-time, with weekend availability needed in September, and will increase to full-time hours during October. Responsibilities Greet clients and walk-ins Answer phone calls, texts and emails Help schedule and manage appointments Assist with deposits, payments and client intake Communicate with artists and clients throughout the day Keep the front desk, lobby and common areas clean and organized Help maintain a professional and welcoming studio environment Handle general day-to-day studio tasks as needed What We're Looking For Reliable and punctual Friendly and professional with clients Strong communication skills Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable with phones, computers, email and scheduling software Able to multitask in a busy environment Comfortable helping with cleaning and general studio upkeep Customer service or receptionist experience is preferred, but not required Tattoo industry experience is not required. We are willing to train the right person. Schedule Training begins immediately. September will primarily require weekend availability, with some Thursday shifts possible. October will require full-time availability during our busiest season.
