Job Description

Overview We are seeking energetic and personable Temporary Front Desk Staff to join our small team! In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and patients, creating a welcoming and professional environment. Your patience and organizational skills will ensure smooth daily operations at the front desk while providing exceptional customer service. This temporary position offers some schedule flexibility. General hours will be 2- 3 days a week the month of September into the first 2 weeks of October. Hours will increase to cover vacation during the week of October 14 through the 28th. During this time frame you can expect to work 5 days a week, approx 6 hours a day. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression. Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and professionally, directing calls accurately. Manage front desk operations including scheduling appointments. Handle clerical tasks such as scanning and data entry. Support office management duties like organizing supplies, and maintaining cleanliness of the reception area. Assist with patient communication by providing information and support as needed. Perform general administrative support to ensure efficient office functioning. Requirements Proven office management or administrative experience in a professional environment. Strong computer literacy with proficiency and general computer skills. Excellent phone etiquette with experience answering multi-line phone systems and providing customer service. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Previous experience in front desk or reception roles is advantageous, along with personal assistant experience or office experience. Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
