This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of community members while working in a welcoming, mission-driven environment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, participants, and callers. Provide information and referrals regarding programs, services, transportation, and community resources. Register participants for programs, activities, and special events. Assist with transportation scheduling and related administrative tasks. Maintain records, enter data, and perform general clerical duties. Support program setup, special events, and volunteer activities. Help create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all Adult Center participants. Work Schedule (12 hours/week):
