Our Community Veterinary Hospital is a non-profit organization providing full-service veterinary care, including subsidized rates for qualifying families. From general veterinary appointments to surgeries like spay/neuter, dentals, and mass removals, we're committed to helping pets thrive—and you can be part of this vital mission! About the Role We're looking for a Veterinary Receptionist with a passion for animals and a love for working with people.
This role involves:
Welcoming clients warmly and assisting them with scheduling, billing, and inquiries. Supporting the veterinary team with administrative and assistant tasks as needed. Ensuring a positive experience for pets and their families. Qualifications Prior experience as a veterinary receptionist or assistant is preferred . Excellent communication skills, a pleasant attitude, and strong client service abilities. Dependability, a willingness to learn, and a passion for helping pets in need.
