Mercy Medical Center is looking for areceptionist to join our Radiology Team. TheReceptionist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and care to all patients and clients.

What you will do:

Greeting patients and administering check- in and registration Preparing charts Answers multi-line phone and triages calls. Scheduling appointments and procedures for exams and procedures Completes a variety of clerical and data entry assignments. Creates and maintains a professional, caring and customer-oriented environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent required 1 years' experience in healthcare preferred. Excellent computer abilities. Excellent written, oral communication and customer service skills. Familiarity with medical terminology. Ability to manage multiple phone lines simultaneously.
