WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING AS A RECEPTIONIST
Providing timely and professional responses to phone calls and emails. Welcoming tenants and new applicants and guiding them through the application process. Distributing application materials, conducting interviews, and conducting background and credit checks. Managing leasing tasks such as lease signings, preparing financial statements and invoices, and performing other administrative duties. Greet residents and visitors and p rovides the highest standard of customer service to residents and applicants Schedule appointments, c omplete follow-up on service requests File documents, reports and maintain filing systems as requested Provide general administrative support to office Miscellaneous tasks and projects, as assigned
ANTICIPATED SALARY RANGE
$17
  • $19.
50 / hour Annual Performance Bonus This position is Non-Exempt, meaning eligible for overtime pay This range is provided as a general guideline and reflects what we reasonably expect to pay for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary depending on a variety of factors, including the candidate's qualifications, geographical location, and the specific responsibilities of the role. In addition to salary, this position may be eligible for performance bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. Prior experience in the affordable housing industry (preferred but not mandatory). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bilingual Spanish is required High School diploma or equivalent Knowledge of Microsoft Office Strong oral and written communication skills Must be detail oriented and organized Ability to work independently with minimal supervision A proven track record of managing complex operational tasks.
