$19/hour Position Summary We are seeking a Bilingual Receptionist (English/Spanish) to provide front desk and administrative support in a fast-paced office environment. The ideal candidate has prior receptionist or administrative experience, excellent customer service skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This role requires strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities while supporting daily office operations. Key Responsibilities Greet visitors and provide professional front desk support. Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls while responding to general inquiries. Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail; prepare outgoing correspondence. Perform data entry, maintain office records, and manage filing systems. Scan, index, and organize documents using electronic document management systems. Prepare reports, letters, forms, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Word and Excel. Coordinate appointments, schedules, and office coverage. Maintain office supply inventory and assist with ordering supplies. Operate standard office equipment, including multi-line phones, copiers, printers, scanners, and fax machines. Review documents for accuracy and provide general administrative support as assigned. Qualifications Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written). Minimum 2 years of receptionist, administrative assistant, or office support experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite , including Word and Excel . Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and data entry abilities. Experience with document management, filing systems, and office equipment. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. Preferred Qualifications Experience with electronic document management systems. Knowledge of general office procedures and records management. Experience supporting a high-volume front desk and multi-line phone system.
