Required Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent Required Qualifications / Skills / Experience
- Minimum 2 years of receptionist, administrative support, customer service, or office coordination experience
- Previous receptionist or front desk experience
- Experience working in a professional office environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
- Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office, email, and web-based applications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to use Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and other communication toolsPreferred Qualifications / Skills / Experience
- Insurance/Financial industry experience (Highly preferred)

- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees in a professional office environment
- Provide exceptional customer service while supporting front desk operations and daily administrative functions
- Manage incoming communications including phone calls, emails, deliveries, and visitor inquiries
- Coordinate conference room scheduling and meeting logistics to support business operations
- Assist with office administration, documentation, filing, reporting, and data entry activities
- Support onsite leadership and employees with operational and administrative needs
- Help maintain a welcoming, organized, and professional office environment
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and web-based applications to support daily activities
- Coordinate facility-related requests and assist with basic office troubleshooting
- Handle multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism, organization, and attention to detail
- Build positive relationships with visitors, clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Work independently while remaining responsive to business needs and office operations
- Support mail distribution, shipping, deliveries, and office coordination functions
- Demonstrate strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced office environment
- Ensure consistent front desk coverage during scheduled business hoursJob Duties
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and employees professionally
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
- Respond to general inquiries and provide information as needed
- Maintain front desk coverage throughout business hours
- Support daily office operations and administrative functions
- Sort, distribute, and prepare incoming and outgoing mail
- Coordinate deliveries and shipments
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable administrative requests
- Prepare and maintain office documentation
- Schedule conference rooms and support meeting preparation
- Coordinate facility-related requests and maintenance needs
- Perform basic office troubleshooting and support
- Complete data entry, filing, reporting, and administrative tasks
- Support onsite leadership and team members with additional projects and assignments
