Responsibilities:

• Greet our guests in a friendly, courteous, and warm manner
• Answer inbound customer calls
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
• Maintain a clean podium and lounge
• Assist customers in checking out following their service visit
• Balance cash register at end of shift daily

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Prior experience in a customer service or sales role
• Computer proficiency, particularly in MS Office Suite (Word and Excel)
• Ability to learn new software programs
• Professional business appearance and demeanor
• Automotive Dealership Prior experience a plus
• Must submit to a drug screen and background check.
