Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Associate to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support office management functions. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally using proper phone etiquette Handle data entry tasks with accuracy, maintaining organized records in spreadsheets and productivity software such as Microsoft Office Support office management activities including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings Perform clerical duties such as proofreading documents, word processing, and maintaining filing systems Assist with client communication by providing timely responses and support via phone or email Utilize computer skills to update databases, prepare reports, and manage correspondence effectively Experience Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel (spreadsheets), and Outlook Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs Demonstrated customer service skills with a professional demeanor and effective phone communication techniques Technical proficiency in office management tools, data entry, and computer literacy is essential Join us to be part of a dedicated team that values professionalism, efficiency, and positive client interactions. Pay:
