Front Desk Receptionist - Ourisman Automotive Collision Repair Shop We're looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Desk Receptionist to join our fast-paced automotive collision repair team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in the collision repair industry while working in a professional and customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service. Answer and direct incoming phone calls. Schedule appointments and assist with customer check-in and check-out. Communicate effectively with customers, insurance companies, and shop staff. Maintain organized customer files and assist with general administrative tasks. Support the front office in a busy, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in the automotive industry is preferred but not required. Spanish-speaking ability is highly desired. Strong communication and customer service skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Basic computer skills and attention to detail. Positive attitude and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
