We offer new and used vehicle sales, along with comprehensive mechanical and body repair services, and a fully stocked parts department to meet our customers' needs. Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Receptionist for evening shifts to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be the friendly first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff, ensuring smooth front desk operations during evening hours. Your organizational skills and professional demeanor will help create a welcoming environment while managing administrative tasks efficiently. Duties Greet visitors, clients, and staff with a positive attitude, providing excellent customer service Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and professionally, directing calls appropriately Handle the cashiering of service tickets and automobile deposits. Manage front desk operations including filing, data entry, and logging of dealer tags Handle calendar management for appointments and meetings with precision and timeliness Maintain organized office records, including filing systems and client communication logs Ensure phone etiquette standards are upheld at all times to foster a professional atmosphere Previous office experience or clerical experience is highly preferred Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly and professional approach Join us to be part of a vibrant team that values professionalism, efficiency, and excellent customer support.
