The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and providing exceptional customer service. This role involves managing appointments, handling transactions, and supporting salon operations to enhance the overall client experience.

Duties Greet clients warmly upon arrival and assist them with check-in procedures. Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations through phone calls and in-person interactions. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and maintaining cash register operations. Provide information about salon services, products, and promotions to clients. Maintain a clean and organized reception area to create a professional environment. Assist with retail sales by recommending products based on client needs and preferences. Collaborate with salon staff to ensure smooth operations and effective communication among team members. Address client inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Excellent phone etiquette for effective communication with clients over the phone. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and retail sales accurately. Experience in retail sales, preferably in a salon or beauty-related environment. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and cash register operations. Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting while maintaining individual responsibilities. Knowledge of retail math concepts to assist with inventory management and product recommendations.
