Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and organized Front Desk Coordinator/Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our office. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, and support daily administrative functions. Your positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and ability to multitask will help create a professional and friendly environment for clients, staff, and guests alike. Responsibilities Greet visitors warmly, assist with check-in procedures, and direct them appropriately Operate multi-line phone systems efficiently, answer inquiries, and route calls with professionalism and courtesy Manage incoming correspondence, emails, and deliveries promptly and accurately Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy Support calendar management, appointment scheduling, and tasks for staff members Handle office supplies inventory and ensure the office, exam room and reception area remains tidy Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions or concerns with a positive attitude and quick resolution skills Qualifications Proven experience in front desk or office management roles with strong clerical skills Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Docs Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse client needs Demonstrated phone etiquette and customer support skills with experience handling multi-line phone systems Ability to perform data entry accurately while maintaining attention to detail and proofreading documents as needed Previous office experience involving calendar management is advantageous Exceptional time management skills with the capacity to juggle multiple responsibilities seamlessly Join us as a Front Desk Coordinator/Receptionist where your enthusiasm and professionalism will set the tone for our organization. Pay:
$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
