Salon Receptionist/Assistant --Part-Time

Mixed Elements Salon Spa Boutique is Hiring! We're looking for an energetic, reliable Support Staff team member to join our front desk + assistant team.

Who We're Looking For:

Someone seeking part-time work (under 20 hours per week) Outgoing, dependable, and proactive Strong customer service background Comfortable selling retail , recommending products, and upselling services/add-ons

Front Desk Responsibilities:

Greet clients and complete the check-in process Drive retail sales by recommending products that fit client needs Upsell services and add-ons confidently and professionally Answer calls, book appointments, and provide accurate service information Complete check-out and schedule future visits Keep the retail area and common spaces clean, stocked, and organized Support providers and fellow team members with additional tasks as needed

Assistant Responsibilities:

Perform shampoos, apply conditioning treatments, and toners Manage salon/spa laundry Maintain salon cleanliness (sweeping, mopping, cleaning stations/chairs/mirrors, color dishes, bathrooms, kitchen, etc.) Maintain cleanliness and organization of spa rooms If you're friendly, motivated, and excited to help clients have an amazing experience while boosting sales, we'd love to meet you!
