Duties Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism and warmth, providing excellent customer support and ensuring a positive first impression Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously while taking detailed messages when necessary Handle data entry tasks using productivity software such as Microsoft Office, excel, and word processing tools to maintain accurate records Assist with office management duties including organizing supplies, maintaining filing systems, and supporting daily administrative operations Support front desk activities by managing incoming correspondence, scheduling appointments, and coordinating arrangements Maintain organization of documents through proofreading, data verification, and ensuring clarity in all communications Requirements Proven clerical experience or office experience demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) along with excellent typing and proofreading skills Technical proficiency with computer literacy including data entry, and productivity software Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette to ensure professional communication at all times Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members a plus but not required Strong organizational skills combined with excellent time management to prioritize tasks efficiently Previous customer service or front desk experience that highlights professionalism and positive client interactions Personal assistant or administrative experience is advantageous for supporting office operations seamlessly Excelent verbal, and written communication a must Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure Professional appearance and demeanor Experience in funeral home or related setting is a plus but not required Join us to be part of a vibrant team that values proactive communication, organizational excellence, and exceptional customer service.
