Summary:
This is a receptionist position with responsibility for greeting patients, providing information, communicating with departments and performing a variety of secretarial duties. ENTAA Care, a practice pod of Johns Hopkins Regional Physicians LLC.Supports daily office operations by greeting patients, providing instructions, and notifying staff of arrivals. Responsibilities include completing paperwork accurately, updating patient information, collecting co-pays, scanning documents, maintaining the waiting area, answering phones, and scheduling appointments. The role also includes chart prep, referral follow-ups, organizing daily work, collecting balances, and balancing accounts.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of high school diploma or possession of GED required.
- Minimum of one (1) years' experience in a medical health setting preferred.
Salary Range:
Minimum 18.50/hour - Maximum 23.00/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases w the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
