Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. Responsibilities Greet visitors warmly and professionally, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly Manage multi-line phone systems with courteous phone etiquette, directing calls efficiently to appropriate departments or personnel Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages with accuracy and timeliness Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and manage document proofreading to ensure clarity and professionalism Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software Assist with clerical duties including copying, scanning, faxing, and maintaining office supplies inventory Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, supporting client needs, and offering assistance with a positive attitude Skills Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Previous office or administrative experience is preferred; experience as a medical or dental receptionist is a plus Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clients and visitors effectively Knowledge of multi-line phone systems, data entry techniques, filing procedures, and calendar management tools Exceptional phone etiquette with clear communication skills and professional demeanor Ability to perform typing tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy; proofreading skills are beneficial Customer support experience demonstrating patience, empathy, and problem-solving capabilities Familiarity with office management practices such as bookkeeping (QuickBooks), clerical procedures, and time management techniques This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to contribute to a welcoming environment while sharpening their administrative skills.
