Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and personable Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our patients and visitors. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a professional demeanor. In this role, you will manage front desk operations, coordinate appointments, and provide outstanding customer service to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for all. Responsibilities Greet patients and visitors warmly, establishing a friendly and professional first impression. Answer multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls appropriately and providing accurate information. Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar with attention to detail. Maintain accurate records through data entry and manage patient information securely using spreadsheets and office management software. Handle clerical tasks such as filing, proofreading documents, and managing correspondence. Assist with office management duties to support daily operations and ensure productivity. Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously while demonstrating proper phone etiquette. Skills Strong computer literacy with technical proficiency in office management software. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual abilities are preferred to serve diverse patient populations effectively. Previous office experience, particularly in healthcare or administrative settings, is highly desirable. Demonstrated customer service skills with an emphasis on professionalism and empathy. Strong typing skills along with attention to detail for proofreading and data entry tasks. Effective phone communication skills coupled with proper phone etiquette to handle inquiries confidently.
