Receptionist

OverviewThe Receptionist position will routinely interact with staff, clients, and vendors, ensuring that administrative functions are handled professionally and promptly. This position will also provide administrative support to various departments and will direct any incoming inquiries, deliveries, etc., to the appropriate personnel or department.

  • Welcome on-site visitors, determine nature of business, and announce visitors to appropriate personnel. Monitor visitor access when required.
  • Process ID Badge requests as needed.
  • Provide administrative support by performing clerical duties as needed, such as bulk mailing, filing, and printing packets.
  • Attend trainings and meetings as required.
  • Perform all duties within contract, state and federal regulations, company policy, and regulatory agency standards.
  • May be required to drive vehicles, be insurable with our auto insurance provider, and complete company vehicle training.
