Front Desk Receptionist/therapy assistant

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Front Desk Receptionist/Therapy Assistant to join our busy healthcare practice. This vital role combines front desk responsibilities with supportive therapy assistance, ensuring a seamless experience for patients and efficient clinic operations. The ideal candidate must like working with people and be energetic, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills, ready to contribute to a positive patient environment while supporting clinical staff. Duties Greet patients warmly upon arrival. Schedule appointments accurately utilizing medical scheduling software; manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy. Verify insurance benefits, by working with our billing team Assist clinicians during therapy sessions. Skills Strong computer skills Excellent patient service skills with strong phone etiquette and professional communication abilities. Bilingual capabilities are a plus Prior Chiropractic clinic or medical/dental office experience is preferred We will train the right person

Pay:

From $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 - 29.0 per week
