Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, manage incoming calls, and support daily administrative operations. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management skills while contributing to a dynamic team environment. Bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly preferred. Responsibilities Greet visitors warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and direct calls efficiently using proper phone etiquette Manage appointment scheduling Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages Maintain organized front desk area, ensuring all supplies are stocked and equipment is functional Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits prior to appointments. Register and check in patients accurately and efficiently
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED equivalent (mandatory) Proven experience in office administration or front desk reception roles with strong organizational skills Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on professional phone etiquette Bilingual abilities are preferred to effectively serve diverse clients and visitors Demonstrated ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Previous experience with multi-line phone systems, customer service, or clerical support is highly desirable Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) systems preferred Join us in creating a welcoming atmosphere where professionalism meets enthusiasm!
