Job Description

Life Renewal Services, Inc. is an innovative company based in the Baltimore Metropolitan area, including Carroll and Howard counties. We are a Behavioral Health Center that provides mental health therapy and psychiatric rehabilitation services to all ages and groups. We are searching for a full-time Receptionist to join our team at our Windsor Mill, MD location. The hours are 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday. This position has full-time benefits. Essential Duties Operate telephone system, answer, screen and forward calls, provide information, receive and route messages. Greet persons entering the building, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to the specific destinations. Interview consumers to complete documents and forms for new referrals and new intakes. Retrieve, file and maintain records. Considered essential personnel for opening the office in the morning.
Responsibilities:
Possess an efficiency in data entry, Excel, Microsoft Word and electronic scheduling. High School Diploma/GED; AA Degree preferred. Minimum three years of Secretarial/Administrative Assistant experience in mental health or medical doctor's office. Possess a basic knowledge of all office equipment, fax, and copy machines. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet critical deadlines. Ability to meet short and long-term goals and project deadlines. Own reliable transportation preferred.

$17.00 - $19.50 per hour
